RE:Facebook page of the High Commission of Canada in India
Nice find, Orqua. Maybe has nothing directly to do with Encanto, maybe is the stage for announcing an offtake agreement.

Minister Fast will lead his third trade mission to India from October 12 to 17, 2014, and invites interested delegates and businesses to join September 9, 2014 - Vancouver, British Columbia - The Honourable Ed Fast, Minister of International Trade, delivers a keynote address at a luncheon hosted in Vancouver by the British Columbia chapter of the Canada-India Business Council. During his remarks, Minister Fast highlighted the fact that Canada and India enjoy a close bilateral relationship underpinned by our close people-to-people ties and strong trade and investment linkages. Minister Fast announced that to further strengthen our economic and social partnership, he will lead a trade mission of representatives of Canadian companies in the agriculture and agri-food, energy, infrastructure (transportation and sustainable technologies), life sciences and financial services sectors to Mumbai, Delhi and Chandigarh from October 12 to 17, 2014. Minister Fast explained that the Government of Canada’s priority is to create jobs and opportunities, especially when it comes to helping innovative Canadian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) succeed abroad. He reiterated his commitment to providing tools and support for Canadian companies, under Canada’s Global Markets Action Plan, to help them grow and create long-term prosperity. As an example, the 2013 Canada-India Nuclear Cooperation Agreement demonstrates the commitment by the nuclear sector to expand cooperation and trade to meet India’s growing energy needs in a safe and secure manner. With eight offices in India, Canada’s trade network in that country is its third-largest globally. The extensive Trade Commissioner Service network, the support of EDC and the Canadian Commercial Corporation, as well as agreements in energy, education, audio-visual co-production, and information and communication technologies, are all tools that the Government of Canada provides to support SMEs in taking advantage of the fast-growing prospects in the Indian sub-continent.
