RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:$5M private placement with Industrial AllianceDepends on whether DM is at zero before it pays back the bridge loan of ~$10 million in shares after Dec 30, 2014 (end of 180 days). If it's not, which I presume, DM will issue shares and Anto will join the bagholders. At 17 cents, Anto would then receive about 68 million or so shares. But the project is more of a spending liability than an asset at this point anyway.

If DM is really serious about this equity raise, it needs to renegotiate the convertibles to equity first, as I pointed out before. But I'm afraid that's too much to ask for with this management.

With tax loss season coming there is little hope for this one.
