By looking at the picture, all sales ladies are charming. Nothing wrong with that. However, the picture posed somewhat like a model showing from the head to the knee is not a proper business picture.
When I saw the picture of Michel Timperio holding the football surrounded by the group of young ladies made me say, "Oh my goodness... What an improper picture for the business is this!"

I am not a sexist by the way.
