Hi np,

What are the details of the plan of arrangement?  All I can figure is that there is one and that ASC will be changing their name to Target resources.  There is no mention of ASC on Strike Graphite website and I can't weem to find any details on the ASC website.  Is this a merger of the two companies into Target?
