Dear 5i5yphu5,

You are absolutely correct Net debt should be added on to the Market Cap to get the EV of a company !! But that's if there is debt !!! In PTA's case it's NET DEBT is Negative !! Which means cash on hand is more then the debt, therefore in this case you subtract the Net Cash from the Market Cap to get the Enterprise Value !!
