The key word Roller is eventually. In the case of BGM is likely to be very along wait as they will not turn a profit from BL (all money goes to ES to pay him back) and as Yap has pointed out numerous times the rest of the property is tens of millions and years away from feasibility level. More rollbacks or excessive dilution will be needed to get there. Even then it still needs to be shown that the resources can be exploited economically.
