They just increased the float by 664k out of nearly 50 million shares... that's like 1.5% staggered over three years, with the biggest slag being at 36 months from now. What a watering down... At this point I'm convinced you are just a negative person.
This to me shows they plan on not being bought out or having their talent leave: directors and a few others are getting the right to purchase shares at $4.12 for the next five years, clearly meaning they expect significant share price appreciation and they intend to still be in business, not just a piece of Freeport. This isn't some cut rate deal to directors at a price below market. It's saying the market price is below value. Wish I could get in on this deal.
