RE:KnotshureA couple of thoughts.  First, regarding the option and restricted share issuance, I am happy to see them do this, even though it is a bit dilutive.  RMC management does not make large salaries and a nice size equity grant aligns their interests very much with the shareholders.  In my view it is a positive and, reading between the lines, it makes me think some type of transaction that will accelerate the grants will occur sooner rather than later.

Second, with respect to knotsure, either he or she has an agenda that is quite different from the rest of us that post on the board or they are simply miising the boat.  On this, my view is a different agenda because they joined earlier this year and have posted only regarding RMC.  Granted, some of the posts have been positive but for the most part they have been designed to sow doubt in the minds of the reader.  Easy enough to skim and ignore.
