the sell off continues

the sell off continues
...not just here, but the whole market. If the market continues it's correction, I think I might have to transfer in more money and start buying. I do believe that I will even take a position in LRE. There are still some risks of a dividend cut if commodity prices don't rebound, but the dividend should be able to cover the principle loss in a year or two, in the WORST case scenario. If commodities do recover, there is certainly some good upside potential in principle AND dividend. A note on a previous poster, that I believe said that at least a lot of the product is hedged. That is true for the remainder of 2014, however, the percentage of hedged product for future years is quite a bit less. The risk is that if prices don't improve soon, and new hedging for future years will not be at great prices, and that will limit the upside potential if LRE decides to hedge at these lower prices.... GLTA, hope the general market meltdown stops, but if not........BUY BUY BUY!!!!
