Yes the BXE BoD passed a motion to be able to issue a whack load of shares (I'm unsure if it is unlimited...my memory says that there was a limit, but my memory isn't so goo these days...).

This is likely one of the biggest problems for our shareprice.  Investors do not know if they are going to diluted or not (and without any say I might add).  I think that price is reflecting some built-in dilution assumptions.

So it is all in place, all the Bod has to do is issue shares and private place them, or sell them to the public...
