RE:Graphite guy is new poster

on the closing by oct 31 and a completed ni 43-101 to finalize such closing,are we looking at .05 or .10 based on ni with a total 100 mil shares,and financing to follow,it would be time to get out and sit and wait due to economical situatian, i am holding till ni release,little time left
