Wang - you continue to embarrass yourself. Like TD said they have a permit for 300,000 tonnes of their own ore plus have a permit for 300,000 tonnes of custom milling. The 300,000 tonnes of their own is fitted to BL to be mined at ~75,000 tonnes/year. For some reason you seem reluctant go and actually read the references you have been pointed out and find out these items for yourself. A bit like our boned headed friend Rockcod - are you two the same person? Where did you get the number of tonnes the mill can handle at 1360 tonnes per day? The QR mill is not rated for anything near that.
