Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

some good news on the stella developement finally, on time on budget is always good. as far a thomas in charge, definitely better than what was going on before, however time will tell on his influence. 1 concern i have is how much of the platform was completed pre thomas. he made some changes, but, i wonder if anything substandard or r rushed before his intervention was undoable?

that article on saudi pricing for oil is ral and is what will affect stella more than anything, i agree 100% that we are in for prolonged lower oil prices. this will severely limit iae's profitability. here's another article, a lot of the same as in tommy's article, from yahoo finance today. iae's timing on stella doesn't look good at all right now.

imho you just have to avoid high cost producers, especially those with debt over 2/1
