Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Key factorsIt will be interesting to see the strategies that the Saudis employ in order to generate a reduction in worldwide oil production. Remember they picked up most of the slack when countries such as Lybia, Iraq, Iran and Nigeria reduced their supply (for various reasons). I can see them doing some threatening in the short run to attempt to scare some of their members to participate in production decrease but not sure if it will last for too long. Up to the early 2000's they produced just over 8 million boed. Now up to almost 9.9 boed so it would seem they have been the main beneficiaries of geo-political issues for the past decade. It would seem that other OPEC members might look to them to bring production down first. Let's see what happens.
