The Prospect of having an oil strike in the near term

is very much at hand. We are not talking about wildcatting, but rather follow up drilling in area's with proven reserves. These will be the first wells drilled. This will not be a case of oil and no oil, but rather how much oil. So this makes me feel real good about my investment. Furthermore we have a commitment by the Korean Group that they will fund the balance of the first PP up the $6MM. The combination of these two events will help to move the stock to much higher levels.

Then why is the stock not moving up, perhaps even dropping below 30 cents?
GS says the well might only be marginally economic and ONLY with oil prices above $100 not the $80 or so it is now trading.

I am not a geologist but speculator and I don't like the way POP is trading. It should be trading much higher with a lot more volume. If the volume starts dropping further, so will the stock price.
