Something is missing here

Something is missing hereI got it NO WHIPSAW yet, Usually blitzes down, takes out all stop losses then returns to open or higher. Todays SP seems to be holding even with the downward market pressure. Question is, is it because a floor has been met OR they're waiting for the retail stop losses to line up for the missing WHIPSAW.
