for a while I thought I was pretty silly for investing in this as I know nothing about the REE industry, but I see a lot of people on this board don't know much more, if not less than I do about this whole process, and possibly investing in general. While this release is certainly a step forward, there is no "upward and onward" and no "buy buy buy" at this point. I'm not saying this to bash--i want this to rocket like everyone else--but you shouldn't get your hopes up for things you dont understand. Poor retail guys are going to buy on this news, wait a few days, then complain that it's going down. This is just an INJUNCTION; we are not entitled to anything at this point. The courts enforced this based on a balance of probabilities of the defendant doing something to the property in question before the court case. This is good in the sense it shows that management is not d|cking around and continues to have the upper hand. Maybe this will force the kryzg govt to the table and negotiate in good faith, but as jonathanRdeC just posted, the govt isn't going to cry over these shares. If, and when, we recover the full Arb amount, we are not likely to be on good terms with them, and as a result our other projects in that sh|thole of a country will continue to suffer. Management understands this and is actively seeking arrangements elsewhere hence the whole Russian grant thing. This has been in the making apparently for 2 years. To me, this shows that Stans new long time ago that very little will come from Kyrgyzstan. Personally, despite the fact I believe we got a great set of people leading stans, after (I am assuming we will collect) we get our Arb award, I will sell north of $0.50 and stay away as I don't understand ree nor do feel like this is a good place to put money right now.
