Talking to BG
Having some conversations with “BG” and we both agree to disagree with Routhiers last “interview”.
It was a “Phone Interview” with a smart guy for a change “BUT” St Nick forgot to mention Panasonic or the soon to launch LG-3DGo, wonder why.
There were certain things said that I or BG don`t agree, one is the way he described the competition.
“Amateur,Independent” ??, sure but you don`t discard them that way, especially when they are already in Samsung-LG and Panasonic all over the place in just over 4.5 years and with a complete different plan structure than ours, I`m not dwelling or getting any deeper.
We are here to bring our customers the “best” 3D content-experience- possible, we offer them the Best Champagne and all we expect in return is just the price of a cheap beer, that`s our motto, we deal with an exclusive VIP audience subsidized by “our investors”.\
He said:
We’re in line right now for a demo at CES with our first streaming in H.265 and I think people are going to be blown away. We’re talking Blu-ray quality as low bitrates.
I thought that was discussed in the CES 2013 and I thought Hi-Fi was the word.
Oh well after trying to marry 4K with Hi-Fi now we are trying to mutate H265 on to the equation, meanwhile still no revenues, no real concrete path, change as you go.
Every CES we offer new experiences only to offer a new one on the following one.
“BG” still confused as to why reveal one thing and not the other and why this constant jumping with value on the floor and promises in the air, execution on the floor and more promises in the air, it`s hard to understand.
I mentioned the interview to him and said that almost the whole BB-SH board must have read it, but besides us how many more??, that`s a good question he answered back, and really it is.
Knowing and admitting how bad we have been with Marketing, still no sign of changing, no sense asking WHY ?, they are in control, with NR-RL and the three new stooges on the BOD, like 3Dmaster used to say, relax and wait, good things coming.
In the mean time we lost as much as 60% of our value in four months, our money is rapidly evaporating, revenues are almost stagnant, the 17.5 million warrants left are a long way to being exercised, two Studios coming up for renewal in the next few months, etc,etc,, this is the drastic but real situation, again what can change that??, ASAP successful LG launch, very decent Q1 results, warrants cashed and improved numbers from PAN-3DGo along with the Vizio ones and deals, deals, deals, can we do it ??.
Some of us laugh, some cry others pray but we get together and “HOPE”.
We can`t change the upper management, the BOD hasn`t done anything yet, so a hope and a hop for now.
