Hey Windwalker. You must really be loading up now eh?
I think it is way overdue to give Mr. Mossman a vote off the Island. He doesn't seem to be able to put together an understandable news release and all the tweaking he has done with processing equipment and training of personnel as he calls it. Hasn't been very successful. 
They have Jason Nickel available,  a very capable engineer and his dad as a coach. These men know how to bring a mine in.
Mr. Mossman should stay with pushing his pencil around on paper down in Vancouver and play CEO, President or whatever title he wants. Just leave the mining to people that actually do it.
I think the people that bought their 50 cent and higher PP must have just about had enough of the lack of advancement and excuses. 
Make a change. Or more PP will be needed at 20 cents and then because of all the dilution a share consolidation will be coming. Maybe @ 3 to 1
