Thanks cBuck.  In the presentation (page 11) "Net Cash Capital Expenditures" is listed at $530 Million, and a footnote that says it includes, "Q3 asset acquisition ".....

Does anyone know what asset acquisition was made?  I can't remember one, or am I just having a brain fart?  Is there an annoucement coming?
