RE:RE:Price the same...

I imagine this will now have to move fairly quickly especially you have your asssets freezed,

I imagine we'll be hearing anothe update in a few weeks as to the date set and or/they can keep the assets frozen for the duration.

To get an injuction, you have to have a pretty solid case and the fact that they were close to finalising centurra added weight to it.

Also when will the policians learn. You cant say public comments like we dont respect the MCCI ruling. These things have been documented now and will be used in court.

The Prime Minister mentioned something good today which was

'All the circumstances of the arrest of the shares of Kyrgyzstan will become clear, as well as negotiations with Stans Energy Corp will continue.'

Its clear that some goverment officials havent been providing the facts to there superiors and serious questions need to be answered on whose be making these deicions within parliament that has lead to this situation. Well thats my take on it.

I only keep reading about the guy whose about nationalising which would be an economy suicide. Also the deputy who keeps blabbing in the press about how they're resubmitting the mine for sale. Nobody else who seems reasonable and understands the bigger issues than gaining votes. Or anyone with some international experience within the law?
