Kyryg your , Kyrgystan had 6 months to prepare for the trial but it did not it didnt even have a law firm to represent the country Stans energy at great cost to us share holders took the case in the knowledge that it had all their facts contracts under kyrg law in place  , every thng was done according to the law that is why we won hands down this huge amount ,it was so confident that it would win that it took the case in your own back yard in Russia , the government has backed its self in to a corner and now has also dragged centerra into the mix , Stans energy is not a threat but an amazing opurtunity for your country bringing expertise in the rare earth business setting up a mine does not come cheap believe me you are far better off to deal with stans than a Chinese company who will run rings around you as of now your government will have to negotiate a deal with stans to mine other wise all of this could set off unrest in your country having to pay us 118€ million from siezed centerra shares ,in the real world laws count its about time you started acting like a democracy and not an old boys club who like to take back handers inspite of your peoples better needs .
