PMT merely turned a corner last year, they still need to put things into action. Oil is at 80 bucks, nat gas at 3.90 all of PMT estimates were based on 100 dollar oil and nat gas at 5 bucks. It is easy to calculate the cash flows with where prices are today and hence when you do the price will go down. Forget the fundamentals of the company for the moment, if you want to trade stocks and make money you should not just take one view and shoot for the stars with going long. Even novice investors know that stocks go up and down. Those who make money are able to play the up and down. PMT is in a down trend confirmed by multiple factors.
