RE:RE:NICE RECOVERY

RE:RE:NICE RECOVERYI have to admit that today's trading pattern in Neulion was a pleasant and unexpected surprise.

After Netflix's release yesterday afternoon, and after seeing how that stock was hammered in yesterday afternoon's after-hour trading, I was not looking forward to today's trading patterns for Neulion.  Of course, Neulion is not a "content" company per se, it just provides the infrastructure to allow those with content to stream their content online... but in this type of market, subtleties such as that can often be overlooked.

Then, for the icing on the cake, after more than a 10% climb in today's stockprice, the Neulion shareprice finished with a nice uptick on the close.  Sweet!

The business news has been commenting on how it was the small-caps which led us into this market correction, (as small-cap stocks have been correcting for the better part of 2014), so it will be interesting to see if small-caps can lead us out of the full-blown market correction.

Of course, I'm expecting continuing volatility in the markets at least until the US mid-term elections are over, and hopefully the uncertainty caused from Ebola scares will soon be under better control... but we shall have to wait and see what the future holds in both these situations.

glta!
