There was a statement regarding a 4 month hold for the SacOil shares. Will we be able to trade it ourselves or we need a broker to do that for us?

I've been trying to gather as much info as I can. From what I understand, there is a 4 month hold on the Sacoil shares once MNH shareholders get them. I'll admit, my reading comprehension isn't great, but MNH shareholders only get the Sacoil shares as dividend, not shares plus dividend? As for trading the Sacoil shares, I think you may need to talk to your broker in order to sell because the Sacoil shares are not Canadian listed? If anybody is an expert on such matters, please enlighten us. Tia
