Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Your real estate investment is a good one and I'm sure you will do well with that strategy. Out of curiosity, what did desert land go for  per acre "in the valley" (ballpark number). Have you seen any recent increase in land values....?

Is your land located close to/adjacent to the federal land that we hope gets transferred to Yerrington/NCU?  Any issues with water rights?/availability of water/electricity etc?

As for some of the nonsensical comments/unfounded accusations etc directed at you (and others), I've found the ignore button works really well. Voila--no more dumb rabbits!!!
I gotta chuckle out of that line.
