RE:RE:Anon is pressing PEM down, what they wantUnfortunatly, It is legal so far, and not much we can do except guessing what is their purpose and destination.  That is the game.

IMHO, either they want to accumulate at lower price or they believe pem is overvalued and should go down for finantial difficulties.
 
Most of time, if they want to distribute they do pump and dump using "high close", and when accumulate they do the oposite using "low close".
 
Only time can tell. JMHO
