RE:WolverineTrader it is Time

RE:WolverineTrader it is Time If you really have done what you say, you had better hope you are not charged with mischief, wasting police time, or making false allegation against a person. Hopefully your lawyers have explained all this to you.

Perhaps you think it is cheaper to have the police and Crown play the heavy, but you should know they do not take kindly to being fed nonsense in a bid to settle personal scores.

This really is not how a CEO should be conducting himself, and it really brings into serious qestion the mnagement of this company.

Bad enough that you spend so much time threatenning civil suits aganst thoe who displease you. What are you thinking? Do you really want silly BB spats turned into public courtroom drama.

Forget about the costs involved for a moment, think about the reputation of th company. Surely your lawyers have explained to you that if you file statement of claim with the courts, your victim can file a statement of defence, explaining why it was fair comment, and providing examples of the actions and statements that prompted the comments in question. All covered by privilege, which means they can be reported in the media.

I am not sure why any sensible personputatuon would invest any signifiant sums in a company whose CEO appears to be more interested in wasting his time on silly BBs and threatening those who upset him, instead of focussing on running his company.
