digger - Henderson are not selling 12.5M shares or they would have had to inform the market; they have in fact given themselves the 'possibility' to sell. they have to lodge the Sedar report every 30 days or so to keep the chance alive and therefore they will not spook the market. If they sell, they have to inform the market within 3 days, that has not happened.
