I thought he said "someone" was going through the financials for a suspected take over.
That is why the 3 amigos have been driven down so aggressively...........but I think you knew that .
Someone wants them gone....OR wants the business IMO.
Don't like the competition (again?). Oil guys like to keep their money (US) not give it away.
Money is not for sharing........Too much like socialism.
