In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:RE:RE:PTA currently not that cheapTo have an objective conversation about geopolitical risk in Colombia, you would need to look at factors such as govt bond yields for Colombia.  The 10 year bonds are now yielding about 6.7%.  TO say that Colombia is run by drug dealers is wrong.  The last election was between the moderate right wing and right wing.  (the moderates won).  The govt bonds yields at 6.7% are among the lowest for South America and I think that's a good proxy for geopolitial risk.  Also some Colombian peers are trading at much higher cash flow multiples than PTA.
