Certainly can't say that's not true, but it seems a touch alarmist/conspiratorial. Government red tape isn't a new thing; I would imagine management is as frustrated as any of us. It would be silly to relate to us every little angry phone call that took place, it would probably do more harm than good. The risk associated with the Peruvian government seems like it's already built into the share price to a degree, so that's a nice buying opportunity if you do believe the permit will materialize at some point.
