thanks to everyone for an informative discussion.

Seems all agree it was very very cheap, but the TD had it estimated at 9 m.   Was TD being  very conservative?  If so, are their other estimates also very conservative and therefore likely?  Which as someone said can result in 11 cents.

But as an entitty with tax loss pools, should certainly be worth more, than as a windup.  Still hoping buit the market certainly has no faith, still at 2 cents....
