Skygarden, I figure if they left their money in the company after losing the proxy battle instead of selling it appears they are satisfied to allow the present managment grow their investment. The price was around $4.50 which is quite a bit higher than now. I don't know if they did or didn't.

I'd have sold if the dissidents had won the proxy battle.

Anyhow, that's how I see it. You might see it differently.
