The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:New to PTA - 50kHege, we are close to the AGM (Nov. 26th) and we should soon get an announcement and agenda.  I am sure that the roll-back is on the top of the list for agenda items.  I know we have had this debate before on this board but I am with you here, it will be a very good thing for the valuation to have a share price based on 87 million shares instead of 872 million shares.  I am hoping that in December we will start the long climb to a proper valuation for this stock.
