The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New to PTA - 50kWell, we will see, most have been here but less than 90 days, the few have been here much longer than that.. I dont expect any buyback here, should have happenned.. 10 million shares would not have cost much... assuming you are in line with some here that speak of significant undervaluation.
If thats the case begs the question, what more accretive to the shareholder, drilling or buying back shares? Enough said..
Banks were a nice place to hide the last couple days... made out nicely there... come to dividend dates.. and its been nice knowing you... Glad I avoided one high risk reward stock after selling
at about 8 times the price it is today... who would have thought...
