The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New to PTA - 50kActually, junior is relative. You can not say whether or not a share buyback is more beneficial or not. to shareholders. One needs to determine the how much it might cost to add an incremental barrel or production versus buying shares in the market and increasing the fractional barrels of production per share in that manner.That method of thinking is very old school, at one point do you define a company a senior, and no longer a junior.. Think out of the box... If shares (not that I can see it happening, trade at 10 cents per share would it not be better to employ capital to acquire as many
shares as possible in the market, rather than risking capital one on well, which never has a 100 percent success rate)...
