RE:Anyone know what is going on with AAR?I like this one .... but I hold plenty of REITS and have not noticed the big rally you are mentioning other than the usual suspects.  Rising interest rates are an overhang on these things.  The longs should be happy with a great dividend and we'll all hope for some long term capital appreciation!
