I look at the headline number every quarter. Same store sales numbers are solid. The number of stores in the pool continue to grow every year also. Debt seems to be fairly constant and I can't see why there would be much in the way of swaps going on.
In this low interest rate environment a dividend as solid as this one has proven to be in priceless.
Yesterday's move in the stock was nothing to wonder about. This stock is very illiquid. 15,000 shares trade on average. Yesterday was 17,000. Last week an insider sold 5000 shares and knocked the price down to $24.25.
The last couple of weeks have made a lot of people understand that interest rates may stay low for a lot longer then previously expected. This will only support company's like this one.
