It is too easyIf you have Fms stock like Jeff York or gary or an institution , all you have to do is short Fms at .50 and if the stock goes down buy it back for a profit . If it goes up , just replace it with new issused stock and you get a warrant for free. Is it legal, I doun"t know.Is it ethical no. of course nobody would do that ...right?.Such big promis and so many red flags.I still think the stock will trade down to .10 to .15 cents and will then be bot by Jeff or Grafoid,if they can raise money.Seven or eight years from now it could be worth a buck.
