Will we ever see the big bounce ups ever again?

With the way the commodity market has been playing and how LSG SP reacts I feel depressed thinking the biggest plays we get are a few cents here and there. After all the decent news and real progress this company has made I really can't see what would turn this stock back to the good ol days. Why does LSG get no love? Why did it shoot to $1.40 and then back down to $1...what changed? Is the current SP a true valuation or are we truly undervalued?
