Not that forgiving!

Not that forgiving! As we are nearing the end of October, there is still no progress on the revenue front.  Dave has been completely uselsess with the financing, and therefore, unable to close anything!  Anybody-else tired of hearing excuses?  I am.  V2 and Axis continue to receive revenue for product that belongs to Zao shareholders.
If you look at the circular for the AGM, we have a BOD with essentially no shares in this venture.  If money talks, then the BOD have clearly spoken.  Shamefull commitment from the BOD, plus ineffective!  The Management Circular reports Dave Kings 2013 total compensation at $788,526, while the company reports a net loss of $6,818,240.  All the while, Dave holds a whopping 23,500 shares! Noe that is putting your money where your mouth is.  NOT!

Do you really have to ask why Dave is unable to close ZDS, V2 and Axis.  Good ideas, bad execution.  Capital is availabe, just not with Dave in the captains seat.

Time to replace the executive and the BOD!
