Acasti's Phase III trial, stock buy back, and etc.

I listened the recent conference call again and have the following questions. If you have the knowledge, please post it.

1. The detail explanation for the decision that Acasti decided to go alone for Phase III was deferred to the Acasti's BOD. Was there any conference call from Acasti after that? If not, when will be there one? I am wondering if Acasti's decision was due to the lack of interests from the big pharma or not.

2. It was said that the new CEO will be announced by the end of Nov. Will he be the new CEO for the Acasti too?

3. I see the 3M shares of short interest on Neptune by 9/30. Does anyone have real time info about this? What is the date they should cover?
