Interesting piece on Viking. They too are broke and teetering on the brink.

In their deal with Tanager, I note that Viking had to first raise cash which was then passed on to TAN. It could well be that the money moved in a full circle. Who would risk that kind of money to give to broke Viking, to then pass on to a broke Tanager to then invest in dormant oil wells with the current outlook for oil?
