How much did all this cost?

Great Question.  From the news release
GEM will receive it's agreed to proportional share of the RDX common stock that GEM thought it was entitled to in the original transaction

In their lawsuit, GEM claimed they were entitled to receive 60% interest and wound up with only 15%.  So, I assume they will receive 3 times as much as what they got in 2013. Could be a big whack of shares.Once again, Danzik is very light on the details. Some shareholders might be interested in knowing whether these new shares can be sold immedialely.
