GEM Lawsuit Gutted
Was happy to see that all of the major charges were summarily dismissed. Only argument that GEM has is that of the SPA (the purchase agreement) and that contest is between the company that sold CWT to Ridgeline (Royal Capital) and GEM. Solid news for RDX. Judge also called GEM partner dishonest. The judge is also moving the case along quickly. Next conference should limit GEM even more.

So DD & RDX kicked some butt in the GEM case??? Did DD not invest quite a bit in a process he now admits does not work efficiently, he is now loosing his behind when he tries to produce RDO fuels from the Carthage facility......even when using free grease as a feedstock!!!!!
How's that fuel quality study coming anyway??? Does RDX still have to add a few million more $$$$$$$$$ into sites to "polish" the fuel before it can be burned???
Looks like Appel got the last laugh!!!!!! DD lost to an even better con man....LOL!!!!!!!
Who is going to loan DD/RDX $$$$$$$$$ to fund a process that even the great DD says does not produce fuel profitably when using the best available (and free) feedstock as input???
Maybe DD/RDX should just mine wastewater and sell the grease as feedstock to other RDO producers.
Tax loss season should be fun.....LOL!!!!!!
