Shouldn't they have put the company on solid ground by validating it in the foundry before leaving and selling so many shares? The stock has fallen sharply in the uncertainty. How are we on the outside to know what's going on after the difficulties with milestone #8(repeatability), changing of the target to 40 nm, the failure of the plan to monitize as originally envisioned, the failure to obtain licensing revenue potentially this year, the need for a 5:1 roll-back, the failure of the market to embrace the $2.2 billion valuation, Manocha not buying a single share despite the huge salary and the $2 billion? At what price would Manocha invest a few months of his POET salary let alone a significant amount of his wealth on the $2.2 billion valuation.
