Nobody is questioning

Nobody is questioningall the interesting partnerships, and contacts that Gary has put together over the past few years.Their great.Thats what all the money was spent on.Going and sponsering all the conferences. My problem is strictlly economics. They stated that they need 167 mil. Very few projects come in on time or budget. I think the number is going to be more like 200 Mil. So that would mean 400 Mil. new shares at todays prices.Lets be generous and say that they get better prices or vender financing and I won't include warrent conversion. So lets say 300 Mil. new shares. Thats a total of 400 Mil with existing shares. How are they ever going to make money?Stil long a little bit.
