The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:China purchases Colombian oil on value premise for 1st timeI think he's referring to the eurozone stress test results.. Draghi reported that 25/105 euro area banks failed the test and the results are out Sunday morning.. which will make Monday pretty chaotic, depending on which banks and what the plan of action is.. The USD should get a whole lot stronger so equities may take a whallop. The E.U. is a complete mess right now, that will either work to the benefit of the stronger north american plays, or, put the global uncertainties back into play.. FOMC releases statement on Wed and Yellen talks Thursday morning however so the end should be strong. Plus, earnings may be enough to subside the E.U. news anyhow. Let's assume more volatility for starters.
