It has an option agreement to acquire an undivided 100% interest in and to the La Noria Dorado silver-gold-copper project, located in the Sierra Madre gold corridor, Sinaloa, Mexico.

If they issue anymore shares instead of just collecting money from tolling then this company will be just like all the other smallcap scams out there. Slow down and earn your money before thinking about spending money drilling. Issuing more shares is what will kill all the upside for this stock.
